- Ask questions about St. Mary School and its programs while taking a tour during their monthly open house Tuesday from 9 a.m. on.

- Bridal Boutique will be at the Best Western Plus in Bethel on Wednesday night at 6 p.m. Brides-to-be can sample food from local caterers, champagne and wedding cakes at the free event.

- Bethel Library will be hosting its first music program in the new Maria Parloa Community Room with singer/songwriter David Karraker’s musical history of the banjo on Thursday. Check the event listing for registration information (required).

- State Rep. Dan Carter (R-2) will be guest bartending at Stella Restaurant Thursday night from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with all of his tips going to the Scotty Fund.

- Bethel Democrats are holding the grand opening of their campaign headquarters on Greenwood Ave. Friday night at 6:30 p.m.
