The 2013 Relay For Life of Bethel is an overnight, grassroots fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. This year's event will take place on Saturday, June 8. Since it's 2013, we'll be sharing 13 reasons why YOU should join us at Relay For Life. Reason #11 is Birthdays.

Birthdays are great. A chance to celebrate with friends and family. An excuse to indulge in cake and ice cream. And a chance to make a fresh start for a new year.
This is why the American Cancer Society became the official sponsor of birthdays, and why its mission is to create a world with less cancer -- and more birthdays to celebrate!
Speaking of birthdays -- this year marks the 100th anniversary of the American Cancer Society. And to celebrate, the Relay For Life of Bethel is throwing the biggest birthday party of the year -- and you're invited!
You want cake? No problem! The MOMS Club of Bethel will be holding a cake decorating contest, where Relayers can vote for their favorite cakes with their donations. The cakes will then be auctioned off later in the evening to be enjoyed throughout the rest of Relay.
Presents? Of course! All of the attendees at the Survivor Reception will receive a special gift from Relay. Additionally, the M2M Kicks Cancer team will be selling wrapped birthday presents for $3 -- lots to choose from, and you never know what surprise you might find inside?
Decorations? Certainly! With our Birthday Party theme this year, many Relay campsites will be decked out in their favorite party theme. Be sure to check them all out!
