Vote NO on Sale of Bethel Water

After sitting through the public hearing on Tuesday, July 9 and listening to presentations by the Town of Bethel officials, Aquarion officials and  concerned citizens,  I am convinced I will vote NO on July 18th referendum.  We may determine in the long run that Aquarion is a good answer for the Town, but until more information is available and until Aquarion officials can answer questions definitively, I ask why the haste?  I am a residential well owner and want to know what would happen should Aquarion disrupt the aquifer so that residential wells run dry.  Who will help us then?  Vote NO until Bethel town officials and Aquarion can give us more to decide upon.
