Molten Java Owner to Open for Catie Curtis

I'm going to presume that Wendy Cahill is too humble to self promote so I thought, as a proud parental unit, I'd drop the Patch a note letting you know that she'll be performing at Bridge Street Live this coming Saturday night (June 8th). She will be opening for Boston folk artist Catie Curtis. Although better known as the owner of Molten Java, Wendy's musical talent precedes her reputation as a coffee "baroness" in Bethel. As former lead singer for the popular band, Sans Cherubs, she has played throughout Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. The band has opened for such acts as; America, Roomful of Blues, the Dave Mason Band, and Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Eric Burton (of The Animals). This show will present a rare opportunity to see Wendy perform a live acoustic set accompanied by long time collaborator Dan Higgins of Danbury.
