Sara Blersch, Neighbor

I grew up in Southbury and after college I married my high school sweetheart and moved into the house that my grandparents built. We began farming about 8 years ago and have learned lots of stuff the hard way but our favorite part has been being able to plant a tiny seed and watch it grow into a fresh, local, vegetable that you can feed your family ! I have been running the Southbury farmers' market since the first year it began and we've continued to grow every year since !
