Erik Ofgang
Erik Ofgang began his journalism career in Danbury as a staff writer for Western Connecticut State University's student newspaper The Echo. Erik interned with The News-Times of Danbury after graduation, and since then he has written for The Republican-American, The Connecticut Post, The Stamford Advocate, and Greenwich Times. Along the way he has interviewed actors and musicians such as Harvey Keitel, Gregg Allman, Chevy Chase, Adam Lambert, Christopher Plummer, Mia Farrow, Justin Hayward (of the Moody Blues) Chazz Palminteri, Sam Waterston, John Melendez and Frank Caliendo among many others. Outside of Journalism Erik is a professional magician and also the bass player for the Celtic group MacTalla Mor.
