Girl Scouts Celebrate 100 Year Anniversary, Post Your Photos Here!

Ceremonies, awards and honors for Bethel's Best and Brightest Girl Scouts

There was an excellent turn out at Bennett Park on Friday night as 300 Girl Scouts and hundreds of family members came to celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouts in America.

Awards for highest cookie sales and outstanding community service may have been part of the reason so many showed up for the event, however, the kinship, games, burgers and shaved blue ice seemed to have been equally popular.

The Bridging ceremony for girls moving up from Daisy to Brownie to Girl Scouts was led by the Girl Scout Color Guard.
