DAWS Pet of the Week: Alice
In this weekly feature we will introduce you to one DAWS pet who is in need of a place to call home.
Name: Alice
Description: Medium (25-50 lbs) Collie/Beagle mix
Gender: Female
Age Rage: Under 2
Alice is an 11-month-old, female Collie/Beagle mix. DAWS describes her as happy, friendly and playful, who may be a little shy at first but warms up to people quickly. Alice would do well in a home with kids and/or another dog to play with. Though she already know how to “sit,” a great family would also be being willing to train her more.
You are free to visit Alice or any other adoptable animals at DAWS during open house hours, Monday through Friday from 6-8 p.m. or on the weekends from 2-4 p.m. The shelter is located at 147 Grassy Plain St. Click here for a map.
