Ho-Ho-Ho! Get Crowned the King/Queen of Bethel Cookie Contest

Tis the season for bakers – so get your oven mitts on, baking sheets prepped, and cookie cutters out of storage, and bring your best cookie to Bethel Winterfest’s 2nd Annual Queen / King of Bethel Cookie Contest, sponsored by Escape Salon and Boutique, November 29, 2013.

As part of Bethel’s Winterfest Celebrations the Bethel Chamber will hold the cookie contest on Friday, November 29th at PT Barnum Sq, Bethel CT.  Cookies must be dropped off between 1pm and 3pm.  Participating contestants must submit one dozen of their favorite holiday cookies to be judged by a panel based on Flavor, Texture, Inside Characteristics and Outside Characteristics. 

The winner will be crowned at the Tree Lighting Ceremony and in addition to the Cookie Crown, the winner will receive a generous gift basket courtesy of Escape Salon and Boutique. The cost of the event is $10 and proceeds will be used for new Holiday Lamp pole decorations.
