TBICO Gets New Donors!

We are thrilled to have The Olde Crabs Hockey Club, Inc., of Danbury, as NEW Donors and Supporters of TBICO!

Two members of the Olde Crabs Hockey Club, Inc., of Danbury, visited us on February 17, to have an on-site tour, pose for a photo with LouAnn Bloomer, President & CEO of TBICO, and be special guests at our Corporate Edge graduation ceremony.

Mr. Ron Faanes, PhD. and Mr. Ben Shaw regaled us with stories of their impressive hockey league and their personal paths from playing youth hockey to now playing in the senior league.

The Olde Crabs Hockey Club has three divisions: the 50's, 60's and 70's, and yes, we are talking ages! The 60's team will be going to the Nationals in Florida, the last week of April, and to the Charlie Shultz "Snoopy's Senior World Hockey Tournament" in Santa Rosa, CA, in July. The Olde Crabs Hockey Club participates in local, National and International tournaments. 

The hockey club will be hosting their 10th Annual Olde Crabs Hockey Club Tournament on Oct. 24-Oct. 26, at the Danbury Municipal Arena, with 26 teams from all over the United States and Canada participating. Proceeds raised from this event and the club’s other fundraisers are all donated back into the community.
