Movies, Music and Oldies Dancing in Bethel Today

Happy Wednesday! There's plenty going on in town today for the whole family. (And some more events fun enough to warrant hiring a babysitter.) Take a look:

Summer Fun Storytime: A time for kids at the Bethel Public Library (for ages 3-8 without an adult.) The event also includes crafts and activities. Starts at 11:00 a.m.

Free Movie Night: Weather permitting, there's nothing better than an outdoor movie in the summer! Come watch Despicable Me on the lawn at the First Congregational Church. Starts at 7:30 p.m.

One-Time Wednesday: If you'd like to watch a film inside (and are in the mood for something more thought-provoking) Bethel Cinema offers a new one-time-only film every week for true film aficionados. This week it's Augustine (click link for details.) Film starts at 7 p.m.

Jazz Jam: A weekly night of music at Molten Java. Join host Michael Bank and show off your jazz skills.

Oldies Dancing and Car Cruise: Head to La Fortuna Restaurant for a nice of dancing to great hits from the 50s through the 90s, and enter a classic car cruise to win a prize. Starts at 7 p.m.
