Flu Shots for St Thomas' Food Pantry Clients
BETHEL -- Doctors Express of Danbury and St. Thomas' Episcopal Church of Bethel partnered on Feb. 18 to provide free flu shots to the church's food pantry clients. Kristy Gentile and Rebekah Kasmarski from Doctors Express were on hand for nearly 3 hours. "A second wave of flu strains affecting our community has started," Kasmarski said. She added that getting a flu shot will continue to be worthwhile for at least another month.
St. Thomas' Food Pantry, located at the church at 95 Greenwood Avenue, is open every other Tuesday.
