"Perhaps the key to winning in the game of baseball is similar to succeeding in the game of life: knowing when to be fierce all while respecting the moments when we are best served being reserved," Coach Jim Lacey said.

According to Jim Lacey, if the portmanteau "Lamenturo" is not a household phrase in the  Bethel baseball circles yet,  it may well be very soon. The coaching trio of Jim Lacey, John Amendola and Tom Carraturo (Lamenturo) and the players on the Bethel 10 year old all star team have qualified for the New England regional tournament for the second consecutive year.
