Winter Guard Puts on A Flashy Show at Bethel Conference: VIDEO
Hundreds of students from around Connecticut came to compete in Saturday's Winter Guard
Flashing flags and whirling white “rifles” made for a splashy show on Saturday evening when 22 teams, with hundreds of students from all over Connecticut and New York, attended the Musical Arts Conference at Bethel High School at 300 Whittelsey Avenue.
Among them, Bethel placed well, coming in at second place in Guard Junior and the Guard Scholastic A Division. In Guard Scholastic AAA, Bethel was the only entry in the category, placing first.
