My Healthy Valentine--Cooking Demo and Tasting

Join us at the Bethel Public Library for a free cooking demonstration and tasting!  

Chef Mary Lawrence will show us how to prepare a heart-healthy treat just in time for Valentine’s Day.  Registered guests will enjoy a taste of the special dish prepared by the Chef during the program!

Registration is required. Register online at the Library's website www.bethellibrary.org or call 203-794-8756 ex 4. Space is limited, so please sign up soon.
