Ribbons 4 Sandy Hook Takes a Moment to Reflect

Ribbons 4 Sandy Hook Takes a Moment to Reflect

For every reason we will never know

For every day that needs to grow.

For faces we no longer see

For places they shall never be.

For all those that are still to bear

the days ahead when we need be there.

For a promise made for all to keep

Four reasons sow the seeds to reap.

One which says that tomorrow needs

are watched over by others deeds.

One which says a lending hand

makes a difference in a persons stand.

One which shows that actions could,

begin to replace sadness with a source of good.

And at the start of this very long climb are many people

Making a Difference, One Ribbon at a Time.

"Bethel teachers are not only educating students, but when society lets kids down, it’sRead More teachers who step in to fill the gap." Explain to me how an average salary of $60,000 per year for working 183 days during that year and an EXTREMELY generous retirement package (compared to the 240 a year the rest of us have to work) considered "society letting them down"?

Billy: Since I don't own a beat up 1998 Honda (rather, a non-beat up, rather nice, rather newRead More European sedan) does that mean I would have been immune to the seduction of the reduction in my property taxes? Just trying to follow your logic here...
