Two homes on Codfish Road sold in late november, according to records from the Town Clerk.

Sold by Anthony F. Manca Jr. to Michael Sheehan for $850,000 on November 20.

122 Hoyts Hill Rd.

Sold by Toni Morris to Christopher Bowman for $317,000 on November 21.

121 Codfish Hill Rd.

Sold by John & Harriet Kline to Stephen & Holly Suriano for $500,000 on November 27.
