116 Hoyts Hill Road: Sold by Diane Judson to Shuan Malone for $195,000 on March 1.

224 Greenwood Avenue: Sold by the estate of Noel Kavanaugh Edwards to Mark D. Anderson on March 5.

12A Mansfield Street: Sold by Christopher McCollam to Stephen and Alison Serewko for $206,000 on March 6.

4 Galloping Hill Road: Sold by Steiner Incorporated to Martin and Ruth Spence on March 6.
