Patch readers have voted and declared Anna's Italian Deli the best spot to grab a quick lunch with a full 45% of the vote. But the game did not stop there. Oh, no. Because the polls are not scientific, other qualifications weigh heavily as well.

Biksbees and O'Neils were nipping at Anna's heels, and came in with 9%.

Mr O's Deli, at 4% of the votes, held it's own against downtown establishments such as Bagel Crossing, the Sycamore, Molten Java and Wah Lah, all of whom also weighed in at 4%. But Mr. O's tipped the scales to for an official third place because of the reviews on their listing page.

On the other side of town, The Hot Dog Palace, also with 4% of the vote, came in second place for second place. The review on their listing site said that Anita “Loves, loves, loves this place!”

The numbers may lie, because each restaurant has its loyal following. Darlene Woodman wrote about Jacqueline's, “The servings are large, the service is friendly and the food is always great. It's a bargain beyond belief, and a true staple of Bethel. We're always satisfied and always full when we leave! Some of the nicest people in Bethel work here!

Biksbees and the Sycamore both got a five star review, but readers requested the Sycamore start accepting credit cards. O'Neils diners had the same request.

Molten Java, had one review by Bill Hillman, who announced he liked it!

Wah Lah received five stars and a “WOW!” review from reader, Marilyn.

Most of the reviews were written before the poll and are a true testament to the quality of each restaurant. With great reviews and dedicated followers, the real winner is Bethel, for great places to grab a quick bite to eat!
