As of 5 pm this evening, very few voters had turned out for the primaries. At 1 pm the Municipal Center only 152 voters had come out. At 5 pm at the Berry School, 397 had voted from District 3, but District 5 only had 47 votes. Would things pick up by 8 pm? Time will tell.
