Full List of Roads Targeted in 2013 Paving Plan

Bethel Public Works has released a full list of streets slated for paving and repairs in 2013, including 14 dependent on a $1.2 million request in the capital plan going to referendum on May 16.

Independent of this year’s budget proposal, Diamond Ave., Fawn Road and Meckauer Circle will receive a full-depth reclamation and Gretchen Lane will get a road overlay.

Under the current spending request, the following 14 roads will also be repaved or reclaimed, however the list might be adjusted if the budget fails:

• Rockwell Road, from Plumtrees to Route 302
• Walnut Hill Road, from Old Hawleyville to the Newtown line
• Bethpage Drive
• Oven Rock Road
• Oak Ridge Road
• Evergreen Drive
• Autumn Drive
• Hilldale Road
• East Lane
• North Road
• Laughlin Road
• Long Meadow Lane
