Bethel Schools Seek Visionary, Advocate in New Superintendent

Bethel Public Schools recently posted for the new superintendent position on CAPSS website.

In it's quest to find a replacement for current Superintendent Dr. Gary Chesley, Bethel Public Schools has posted the job opening on the Connecticut Association of Public School Superintendents (CAPSS) website.

The posting says the following:

"This position represents a great opportunity for professional growth and personal satisfaction. We are a professional learning community seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial leader who will support our creativity, and guide us as we continue to improve. To lead our schools, you must have documented evidence of financial and management skills, as well as program advocacy, teacher development, and instructional expertise. You must be a team player who is excited about students, teachers, and parents and be able to challenge our potential.
