Woman runs Stop Sign, Fails Tests

Bethel police provided this information, however, all are innocent until proven guilty, and charges and arrests do not indicate guilt.

On Sept. 15, at 11:37 p.m., Bethel Police saw Suzanne Degrazia, 48, Patterson, NY fail to stop for a clearly posted stop sign.  The police pulled Degrazia over on Greenwood Ave and, suspecting Degrazia of being under the influence of alcohol, administered Field Sobriety tests, which police say she failed.  Degrazia was placed under arrest for failure to stop for a stop sign and DUI.  She was released on bond, and will appear in Danbury Superior Court on Sept. 23.
