Westport Man Arrested By State Police for DUI in Bethel
The arrest occurred this past weekend.
On Saturday, Oct. 22, Jesse Bigelow, 42, of S. Compo Road in Westport, was pulled over by the Connecticut State Police on I-84 in Bethel.
Bigelow was "observed operating his vehicle erratically" heading westbound on I-84 around exit 8, according to the police report. After being pulled over and further investigation, it was determined he was driving under the influence.
Bigelow was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple lane highway and driving with a foreign licence. He later posted $500 bond and is due at State Superior Court in Danbury on Nov. 7
