Thomaston Woman Arrested For Several Counts of Credit Card Fraud

Bethel Police make arrest on Monday.

After a warrant was issued for her arrest, Marie A. Donfrancesco, of Thomaston, was taken into custody by police from her residence on Monday, April 18. According to the Bethel Police, Donfrancesco was charged with nine counts of illegal use of a credit card, nine counts of receipt of goods/money by use of an illegal credit card, nine counts of larceny in the sixth degree, nine counts of forgery in the third degree, one count of credit card theft and one count of larceny in the second degree. 

Donfrancesco was unable to post bond, which was set at $10,000, and was arraigned at State Superior Court in Danbury on Tuesday, April 19.
