[Update] Rollover Accident Clear, No Fatalities

A driver rolled their vehicle over on Putnam Park Road and is being rescued.

Update, 3 p.m.
As of 3 p.m. Friday, traffic near the accident on Putnam Park Road is clear. According to the Bethel Police, the passenger pulled from the vehicle was transported to Danbury Hospital and is reportedly in good condition.

Just before noon, a driver on Route 58 rolled over their vehicle on Putnam Park Road in Bethel. No word on how many people were in the car at the time, but one person is requiring "rollover jaws" to rescue them. The status of that person has yet to be reported. EMS, fire and police are on the scene.

This accident has caused road closures from Hoyts Hill to Dodgingtown Road.
