Police Looking for Gun Theft Suspect

A warrant has been issued stemming from a theft that occurred on Midway Drive in Bethel back in May of this year.

The Bethel Police are looking for a fourth suspect related to a firearm theft that occurred on Friday, May 6 of this year.

According to police reports, two guns and an undisclosed amount of cash were taken from a home on Midway Drive.

Three people were arrested in connection with the theft in August: Martin Basso, 19 of Taunton Lake Road in Newtown,; Robert Pullum, 18 of Drummers Lane in Bethel; and Amy Robbins, 19 of Midway Drive in Bethel.

A warrant was also issued for the arrest of the fourth suspect, who was not identified in the report.

Basso and Pullum were each charged with third-degree criminal mischief, theft of a firearm and conspiracy to commit theft of a firearm. Basso was released after posting $10,000 bail and is due in court on Friday, Sept. 9.

Robbins was charged with theft of a firearm and conspiracy to commit theft of a firearm. She was released on $5,000 bond and is also due in court on Friday.
