Police Blotter: Outstanding Charges
The following information was provided by the Bethel Police Department. A person charged with a crime is not guilty until having been found guilty in court.
On January 11, at 8:13 pm, Matthew DiGiacoma, 29, Willow Springs, New Milford, was picked up on outstanding warrants held by the New Milford Police Department and bail enforcement agents. assisted in the arrest when DiGiacoma was found at the on Stony Hill Rd, Bethel. He was found with cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his room.
DiGiacoma was charged with Possession of Narcotics and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia as well as the warrant charges. He is due to appear in on January 20 and is being held in custody by the New Milford Police.
