Bibi Hamil, 51, of Maloney Road in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., turned herself into Bethel Police Thursday "after learning an arrest warrant issued for her arrest."
According to police reports, Hamil was charged with making a false written statement after filing a written complaint against another person that proved to be false.
She was processed and released on a written promise to appear in court on Friday, Jan. 30.
