Danbury Man Arrested For DUI on Grassy Plain Street
The arrest occurred just after 2 a.m. Thursday morning.
Around 2 a.m. Thursday, Bethel Police observed a vehicle traveling north on Grassy Plain Street and cross over "the double yellow center line several times."
According to the police report, the driver, Joshua Goldenberg, 19 of Devnoshire Drive in Danbury, was pulled over and later failed standardized field sobriety tests after the officers suspected he had been drinking.
Goldenberg was arrested and charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right. He was released on $100 bond and is due in court on Monday, Aug. 1.
