Just after 1 a.m. Friday morning, the Bethel Police observed driver Nicole Torma, 27 of Wooster Street in Bethel, traveling east on Route 6 and "cross over the double yellow centerline several times."
After being pulled over and failing a standardized field sobriety test, Torma was arrested, held on $100 bond and charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right.
