Bethel police charged Mitchell Gleason, 18, with sixth-degree larceny by possession Thursday at 5:20 p.m. when Gleason turned himself in at police headquarters. Police investigated thefts from a car on Sept. 4, and Gleason is scheduled to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Nov. 16.

Bethel police charged an 18-year-old man on a warrant with stealing from a car. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
