Bethel Police Arrest Newtown Woman on Harassment Charge
Officers served arrest warrant at her Newtown home Monday.
Bethel and Newtown police went to the residence of Allison Payne, 52, on Glover Ave. in Newtown on Monday to serve an arrest warrant for harassment.
Bethel police held an active warrant for Payne on charges of harassment in the second degree. Payne was located, arrested and transported to the police department for processing.
She was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Nov. 22.
