At 10 a.m. Thursday, Rahanmat Hydar, 41 of Danbury, turned himself in to Bethel Police Headquarters after the police held a warrant out for his arrest.
Hydar was charged with larceny in the third degree, criminal trover in the second degrees and use of a motor vehicle without permission. After being held in custody Thursday, Hydar was later released on $2,500 surety bond and is due in court on March 29.
