Bethel Man Charged for Improper Headlamps in Brookfield

Colored headlamps lead to suspended license charge.

At 7:17 p.m. on April 7, Brookfield police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Federal Road with improperly colored headlamps. 

During the stop it was discovered that driver Kevin Nguyen, 21, of Granite Drive, Bethel, was operating his vehicle with a suspended license.

Nguyen was charged with failure to have headlamps and operation of a motor vehicle while license is under suspension. He was released at the scene on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on April 19.
