A 33-year-old Shelton man was arrested at 6:30 in the morning on (initially) trespassing and mischief charges. However, after being uncooperative with police, they realized he was also in violation of a standing criminal restraining order, and had failed to appear on a scheduled court date.

Not only can you not sell illegal drugs, but you can't pretend to sell illegal drugs in order to scam the buyer, which is what one Norwalk man is accused of doing to Darien police buying drugs in a sting operation.
