Lady is a young female pit bull terrier in need of a family. She's currently in the care of Danbury Animal Control.
"We recommend that Lady not be in a home with very small children, only because she gets very excited and can jump, though she is working very hard to control her excitement, so that she can one day have little brothers and little sisters to play with," according to Lady's Petfinder post.
Adoption days take place every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Sundays from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at 9 Plumtrees Rd., Danbury.
