Winter Home School Day: Syrup & Snow at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Ages 5 – 12. Our winter Home School day will celebrate two of our favorite things about winter - snow and maple syrup!

Night at the Museum Family Benefit at Bruce Museum. Come in pajamas! Fun, activity-filled & family-focused event benefitting education & scholarship programs. Complements exhibition In the Dark: Animal Survival Strategies. Movie screening, silent auction, craft activities. Dinner provided.

Digging Dinosaurs at the Connecticut Science Center! Dinosaur fans of all ages love to meet our very own roaring, moving, life-size Dilophosaurus. This animatronic wonder is stationed on the 6th floor near a brand new dino dig table. Make it a complete dino experience and see Sea Monsters 3D!

February Vacation Week at INM! at Imagine Nation Museum.  The Imagine Nation Museum, located at One Pleasant Street in Bristol, will have something new and exciting happening every day during the week of February school vacation from 9:30am-5:00pm. Don’t climb the walls come have fun with us!

MOMS Club® Open House at MOMS Club® of Norwalk, CT . Come meet other moms in the area and learn what we are all about! Refreshments and light snacks will be served. Arts 'n crafts and toys will be provided for the children.

Art Explorers at the New Britain Museum of American Art: Art Explorers students at the New Britain Museum of American Art learn to express their creativity using varied art methods and materials to create personal works of art. New themes will be explored each month with different projects weekly.

Free Admission to Everwonder Children's Museum in Newtown! Children are invited to visit Everwonder Children's Museum in Newtown and participate in science and art activities, as well as to enjoy a hands-on exhibit entitled Cool Moves: The Artistry of Motion for FREE!

WILDLIFE IN WINTER  at Greenburgh Nature Center. Come for an hour of fun as a naturalist shows off some of our favorite animals. This entertaining and informative program allows visitors to hear, see, and touch many of our fascinating furry, feathered, and scaly friends. Best for ages 5 and over.

LEGO® Workshop - Lights! Camera! Action! LEGO® Animation at Stamford Museum & Nature Center. Recommended for ages 10 and up. Led by Alex Kobbs, of KooberzStudios, as well as members from ILUGNY.

WalkCT Family Ramble: Salter's Pond Adventure at Walk CT. Enjoy this slow to moderately paced hike with some historic commentary at this former millpond. The walk may be wet depending on the weather, and hikers should wear sturdy waterproof footwear. The walk will take about 1-1/4 hours round trip.

Animal Tracking at Connecticut Audubon Society Center at Fairfield. Learn to read the landscape and increase your outdoor awareness and ability to find and interpret tracks and signs left behind by animals. Topics discussed will include the basic fundamentals of how to identify and track animals.

Kids and Teens Program at the Redding Center For Meditation: Kids over the age of 4 are invited to take part in the Redding Center for Meditation's program for kids and teens during the 10:00 to 11:30 meditation session. Kids will learn about mindfulness, compassion, meditation, yoga and more!

Bubblemania at the Stamford Center for the Arts - Palace Theatre! Kids flip for this heady mix of visual comedy, quick wit, big band swing music and amazing soap bubble manipulations -- from award-winning bubble art forms to trapping people in a giant bubble! It's a spectacular show for you and your kids!

THE BARE BONES at Greenburgh Nature Center.  Have you ever read a skull? Bones can reveal secrets about the animal to which they once belonged. Discover how to read some 'Bone-a fide' animal bones. Get an up-close visit with some of our coolest predators and prey. Best for ages 5 and over.
