I am an LPN Nurse and recouping from being very sick. This is how I ate myself back to health. This article shows what else I found while taking a new look at nutrition.

After a long work out of over 30 minutes or so, you need to replenish yourself, with what nutrients have been lost .

The ONLY "Sports Drink" I Recommend, Dr. Mercola.

This post is a result of my remarks to a group of great people who work out and were discussing sports drinks.  It took me awhile, but I found the coconut in the form of coconut water, may just the thing.  It is able to help when you need more than just plain water to replenish what was used during your work out.

For most average exercisers and athletes, sports seem to be a waste of money.  The drinks are loaded with refined sugars, artificial colors and chemicals.  Is there a sports drink not harmful to your health?  Most sports drinks are loaded with things you DON'T want, except natural coconut water.

"Bethel teachers are not only educating students, but when society lets kids down, it’sRead More teachers who step in to fill the gap." Explain to me how an average salary of $60,000 per year for working 183 days during that year and an EXTREMELY generous retirement package (compared to the 240 a year the rest of us have to work) considered "society letting them down"?
