On June 26, John B. and Evelyn M. Jones sold 8 Katrina Circle for $425,000 according to information obtained from the Town Clerk's Office. The five bedroom, three bathroom home sits on 3,282 square feet on over an acre of land. Inside the "expansive home in desired Sleepy Hollow Estates," according to Trulia.com, has a sunken living room, main level master bedroom, fireplace, garage, full basement, abundant storage, and a workshop.

 

On June 27, Ronald A. and Theresa H. Krokovich sold 3 Hoyt Road for $225,000 according to information obtained from the Town Clerk's Office. The three bedroom, one bathroom home sits on 936 square feet with 1.09 acres. The home was built in 1960 and features a full basement and fireplace. It is a ranch/rambler home that was previously sold for $130,00 on August 13, 1998.
