Five single-family homes sell in Newtown

The two homes that sold last week in Bethel were both condos: one, a new luxury townhouse in western Bethel and an income-restricted unit off Shelter Rock Road. In the next town over, Newtown, five homes in a wide range of styles and prices found new owners.
