Bethel Homes Sold: Linda Ln, Lexington Blvd

The Bethel Town Clerk recorded the following property transfers.

The Robert V. Carlo Trust, et al, sold 42 Linda Lane on Oct. 15 to Daniel and Liza Nostin for $385,000.

Kreamily and Mildred Ramirez sold 702 Lexington Blvd., unit 402, on Oct. 16 to Imran Zafar for $277,000.

There is quite a vocal constituency that considers raising taxes to pay for *anything* an outrage. If that group can be swayed by this issue, then perhaps we can keep Aquarion out.
