~ Mad Hatters Teens Street Theatre

What is street theatre? Funny you

should ask. Street theatre is theater for presentation in

outdoor public. These outdoor venues can be anywhere from parking lots to

street corners, from sidewalks to festivals. Actors wear simple

costumes and use props with little or no sound amplification in this

stripped down theatre form. Physical comedy, dance, mime and improv are

all included in this slapstick form of performing art.  This class is for

teens in grades 7-12. A mini street performance will be held at the end of

the session.
