Stress Relief Workshop w/ Todd Jarvis
Stressed out? Most major modern psychological and physical pathologies are linked to stress. Come to an evening presentation and learn stress reduction skills. You will learn things about stress you never new, and learn new ways to cope and inoculate yourself from stress in the future. This presentation, normally given to disaster relief workers, is being offered to the public at BITS!

Todd "Wisdom" Jarvis is a Professional Counselor and Teacher of Psychology who has presented at national conferences, lectured at a variety of institutions including Yale, and is published in psychology literature. He is a counselor for individuals, couples, and groups, and has worked with clients on a variety of issues including dealing with anger, death and dying, and stress. He is a disaster crisis mental health responder, and was the first person in his graduate program to write a thesis on the integration of East-West Psychology. He is also a member of Psi Chi, the national honor society for psychology, and a Fulbright-Hays Scholar, and was a mental health responder for families in Sandy Hook. He is currently investigating expanding into Life and Parent Coaching.
