Move slowly between poses with breath awareness and safe alignment. Begin with centering and a rhythmic moving warm-up. Class will focus on a wide variety of standing poses and gentle inversions, such as downward facing dog, in a slow flowing vinyasa. End with seated and mat lying stretches, then relaxation.
If you have not been to Sat Nam Yoga before, your first class is free (workshops excluded).
