People of all ages from the Bethel community are invited to a series of fun gatherings designed to help us experience what it might have been like to journey with Mary and Joseph from Nazareth to Bethlehem. Through various activities, conversation and short video clips filmed on location in Jesus' homeland, you will deepen your understanding of Jesus’ life and times. And have fun!

Each gathering will begin with a potluck or pizza from 5:30-6:00. Then we’ll watch a video clip of scenes of the actual locations where the Christmas story happened. This will be followed by small group activities led by Rev. Laura and Ashley for us to do together or in age-related groups.

On 12/2 we'll have a potluck meal- so bring something to share.  Call Rev. Laura at 203-743-1877 for more info.

"Bethel teachers are not only educating students, but when society lets kids down, it’sRead More teachers who step in to fill the gap." Explain to me how an average salary of $60,000 per year for working 183 days during that year and an EXTREMELY generous retirement package (compared to the 240 a year the rest of us have to work) considered "society letting them down"?
