Paint, Draw & More! is pleased to announce a NEW drawing mixed media class offered at Molten Java in Bethel, CT on Tuesday afternoons. The class, taught by Michael Summers, runs October 30 – December 11 (No class 11/20), from 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. for ages 8-11 and 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. for ages 5-8. Classes are $96.00 per six-week session, with all materials included.

Younger students will learn to draw what they see in a non-competitive, creative environment. Through multi-media painting and illustration projects children will develop self-esteem through their drawing success. Drawing concepts like design, shading, and perspective will all be taught. We will use pencils, markers, watercolors, pastels, etc.

Older students will experience mixed media projects while refining their drawing skills and learning traditional and new rendering techniques. We will use markers, watercolors, pastels, and other mediums.

To register, please find registration forms at the Molten Java counter and leave completed with the fee at the counter, or visit our website for a registration form and mail fee and registration to our office: 25 Old Mill Rd., Redding, CT 06896. "Bethel teachers are not only educating students, but when society lets kids down, it’sRead More teachers who step in to fill the gap." Explain to me how an average salary of $60,000 per year for working 183 days during that year and an EXTREMELY generous retirement package (compared to the 240 a year the rest of us have to work) considered "society letting them down"?
