Bark For Life - A dog walk for The American Cancer Society

Bark For Life is a .5 mile dog walk fundraiser for The American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life of Bethel. This is the 3rd year of our event.


This year's event will take place on Saturday, May 18 at Meckauer Park in Bethel. Registration will start at 11 am, opening ceremonies at noon, and the walk around 12:10.


Pre-registration is $10/dog and $15/dog the day-of. All dogs must provide Rabies vaccination (dog tag with number is sufficient). Each dog will receive a BFL bandana (while supplies last) and a poop bag.


Non dog walkers are free; donation suggested


Dog-related sponsors will be at the event with information about their businesses. Demonstrations are currently being planned, as well as individual fundraisers.

Pet contests: Biggest Dog, Smallest Dog, Most Talented Dog, Best Tail-wagger, Owner/Dog look-alike, Best Costume, Most Relay For Life Spirit
