Art exhibit and opening reception featuring the art of Noel Edwards, former owner of Consignart

An exhibit and sale of artwork by the late Noel Edwards, featuring drawings, watercolors, and oils, will be held Dec 16 through Dec 22 in Mr Edwards' former store building at 226 Greenwood Avenue in Bethel. Mr Edwards, who for many years operated the antique store, Consignart, was a teacher, naturalist, and videographer, as well as artist, and his images reflect all of these interests. An opening reception to celebrate his work will be held Sunday, Dec 16, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and artwork will be available for viewing and purchase from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm daily on subsequent days.
