THE BETHEL HISTORICAL SOCIETY INVITES YOU TO A WEEKEND OF HALLOWEEN ADVENTURES...TWO EVENTS...

Bethel Haunted Ghost Tour

Friday October 25th at 6:30pm
Hosted by Bethel author & storyteller Marty Bishop

Come enjoy our family-friendly candlelight ghost tour through the streets of Bethel, guided by local storyteller, Marty Bishop, dressed in costume. You’ll hear enchanting and chilling tales of fun and fascinating stories featuring a combination of local legends, history, superstition, folk tales and fictional history. The tour will last approximately 1 hour and will conclude with hot cider and donuts at the Bethel Historical Society.

Tricks and Treats from Halloweens Past

Sunday October 27th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm

We invite children, ghosts & goblins, young & old, to experience games, crafts, tricks & treats from Halloweens of past eras. We’ll be bobbing for apples, having fortunes read in the parlor, creating vintage ornaments for spooky trees, decorating and eating bat cookies and having all types of spirited fun. Come dressed and dazzling in costumes!
